The information you give us to register your business: your name, contact details, business name, address, and activity description. We also store your account email and your registration documents.
Solely to register your business with the Ontario Business Registry, deliver your documents, and keep you informed about your registration. We do not sell your personal information.
Only the parties needed to complete your filing: the Government of Ontario / an authorized Ontario Business Registry service provider, and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email). Bank and partner referrals are optional and only happen when you choose them.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. Email cajagdishlade@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Your Company Key is confidential and is never shared publicly.
Data is stored with row-level security so only you (and our filing operators) can see your records. Documents are kept in private storage and served via short-lived signed links.
